Hello,

I just moved into a place equipped with a DTI box and a splitter for the internet connection.

According to my provider's support, my ADSL line is activated.

However, no matter how I try to connect, I can't get internet.
The technicians at RED SFR I've spoken with on the phone have also not been able to help me.

Could someone please guide me on how to make the correct connection?

I've been searching forums and websites for several hours without finding a working solution.

Thank you.

    Hello,

Are you sure you have ADSL? Because next to the DTI, there is a fiber box? And SFR technicians haven't come to proceed with the installation?

It would be best to first perform a test by connecting the box directly to the central socket (with the small flap) of the test DTI. This allows us to validate on a short path that the connection is activated. If it works, we can study the final solution (where do you want to place the box?).

We can't see the labels on the 2 sockets on the right of the box clearly, what are they? We should have an input socket for the connection to the DTI and an output socket to connect a telephone.

    Best regards,

      Hi Jeepee....
The "splitter" is a master filter (unnecessary in total unbundling), normally socket 3 is the socket for connecting the box in ADSL
To the right of the DTI, there is a fiber arrival, right??

        Well,
it's completely useless now to have a master filter on new installations, since RTC telephony is no longer sold, everything that is installed today can only be done in total unbundling.
There is also a spider cable coming out of the master filter, which should be removed as well.
