    It's completely normal. I had the same problem.

    All you need to do is scroll down on the home screen of your phone.
    You'll see a pencil with a horizontal line at the top right. This function allows you to organize your shortcuts.
    All you have to do is hold down "Hotspot" to the displayed shortcuts.
