Hello,

Hello,
I can no longer open Google. In fact, it shows up in the taskbar but in a minimized form, and I can only click on "close the window"!
Can anyone explain this weirdness to me?
Thank you sooo much

Configuration: Android / Chrome 75.0.3770.101

    I did my little research and here is the result: it works simply thanks to this:

    Right-click on your Google Chrome 36 shortcut and click on Properties. Select Normal window in the Run: dropdown list. Click Apply and then OK.

    Uninstall Google Chrome and reinstall it properly.

    Download and install --> Revo Uninstaller

    Run Revo Uninstaller as an administrator
    Uninstall Google Chrome
    Follow the tutorial carefully to uninstall everything.
    Restart the PC.

    Press Windows + R
    Type --> control panel and OK

    File Explorer Options
    View tab
    Check --> show hidden files, folders, and drives
    Apply and OK.

    Go delete the Google folder in these 3 directories:
    Press Windows + E
    --> C:\users\your username\AppData\Local
    --> C:\Programs
    --> C:\Program Files (x86)

    Delete the Google Chrome shortcuts on the desktop.

    Reinstall the desired version:
    --> Google Chrome 64 bits
    --> Google Chrome 32 bits

        Hello, I completely understand you. I wanted to pin it to the taskbar too, so I pinned it there and everything was fine until I clicked on it and the window didn’t open????

        And the worst part is that I also wanted to pin the settings to the taskbar at the same time, and guess what? It’s the same thing, I can’t open the window anymore. Just to clarify, I’m using Windows 11 Pro. If you have a trick to solve this, I’m all ears, thanks.

      You didn't understand, too bad!
      Google Chrome is already pinned to the taskbar. BUT THE WINDOW IS TINY!

      You're welcome.

      Why is this problem recurring?

      Corrupted profile or the program itself?

      Have a nice day.

      Thank you, but your solution doesn't work even though I also uninstalled and reinstalled Google Chrome. SOS
