Hello,
I only have Google Chrome on my PC, and once the computer is turned on, clicking on Chrome at the bottom doesn’t open it, making it impossible to do anything.
Thank you for your help.
Configuration: Android / Chrome 85.0.4183.127

Hello,
@Panther
--► chrome won't open so it's impossible
This means that your procedure is not possible. (In the top right, click on More►Click on More tools)
@coco
1- From the Start menu, recreate the shortcut on the Desktop.
Then from the Desktop, pin it to the taskbar or unlock the taskbar and drag it.
Lock the taskbar.
Or right-click on the Chrome icon on the taskbar then ►Send to Desktop (create shortcut).
Resize it if needed using the boxes at the top and right.
2- Run ResetBrowser if the Chrome shortcut doesn't launch.
3- Uninstall Google Chrome with Revo or through the control panel ► Programs and Features ► Uninstall a program.
Then go to the Windows registry.
Keyboard keys Windows + R and type ==►regedit
Go to this registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Google
Delete --►Google
Close the registry.
Restart the PC.
4- Reinstall ==► Google Chrome 86
A+
