Hello,
When I double-click on Google Chrome, nothing happens, so I can't do anything to interact with this page; I just have the icon and nothing else.
Additionally, on the Mondial Relay website, I'm trying to print a label for a shipment but it's not responding either; it doesn't print anything!
On Google Chrome, I had pinned 4/5 sites that I use often.
Thank you again for your valuable insight!
Nelly
P.S. I turned off my computer and turned it back on, but it's still the same.
Configuration: Windows / Edge 17.17134

Hello,
1- The easiest way is to check if you have any processes running in the task manager.
Right-click on the taskbar, then open the task manager.
Go to the Processes tab.
If you see Google Chrome, right-click on it and then select End Task.
Restart Chrome afterwards.
2- Run ResetBrowser
3- Reinstall Google Chrome according to your version of Windows.
It seems you are using Windows 10, most are 64-bit.
Check it like this
then install your version:
- Chrome 32 bits
- Chrome 64 bits
For the printing problem:
If you are using the Windows Defender antivirus, which is the default one with W10, disable the Application and Browser Control.
Tutorial here
Also disable the Controlled Folder Access.
Tutorial here.
Info: a friend had the same issue on W10, reinstalling worked and it also updated the browser to the latest version.
Talk to you later
