I am always amazed, I who am not a specialist in Creole, by the use of "automatic translators."
In this case, it is preferable to have a minimal knowledge of each of the two languages.
The proposed translation is: "you never know what to do."
Far from the obvious translation:
"You have small dicks but you run after all the women"
Literally: you have small dicks but you are behind all the women
