Freeze in-game CS GO

Hello everyone, I don't know if I'm in the right category,

since I changed my graphics card and especially reinstalled the game,

I'm experiencing regular micro freezes during a match,

it's extremely annoying, especially for a game like Counter Strike.

It only happens in this game.

    Thank you for your response. For the moment, I’m playing on a 144Hz, but I will try to set a limit.
