PS4 Frozen Screen and Bug Issues

Hello, my PS4 has been bugging for a week.
While playing FIFA, after about 10 to 15 minutes, the screen freezes and sometimes it comes back to normal before freezing again. I have to close the application, but I also have difficulty doing that because the screen freezes sometimes. Right now, when trying to launch Fortnite, it gets stuck on the loading screen with the characters and then my PS4 turns off by itself.
