Hello,
I am working with a Verifone V200c for my credit card transactions. I need to manually enter the amount to allow payment for a product by credit card. I would like to connect my terminal to my computer. I have the necessary equipment: a splitter with a USB cable to connect it to my cash register's computer. The problem is as follows:
1. When I make the connections, the computer does not recognize any new device
2. When I search for drivers for my terminal, I can't find any.
Can you please help me?

The connection is indeed possible. Other stores in the group have succeeded, but no one can say what needs to be done because the configuration was done remotely.

You should start by checking with the POS terminal supplier that the connection is possible, and then check with the developer of your cash register software to ensure it supports the POS terminal.
