I just booked a flight with e sky and I haven't received a confirmation email as indicated during the order, is that normal? Have you encountered the same issue as me?

        I encountered exactly the same situation. They also made a mistake with the change date, and when we reported their error, they demanded another €250 to modify the date again... in the end, a return trip from Munich to Paris cost us nearly €650. To get back to Paris, we had to buy a ticket directly with Lufthansa... no way to reach them by phone, through email it's like talking to a brick wall... MOST IMPORTANT ADVICE: NEVER USE ESKY TO AVOID A REAL SCAM.

    I advise against booking on this site; unfortunately, when you search for a flight, it immediately appears as the first result. However, it cancels without notifying you, and it takes a minimum of 30 minutes to reach them by phone—really to be avoided.

    I just paid for tickets online on the ESKY website, and at the end of the payment process, when I clicked to confirm, the tickets were no longer available.
    No confirmation request from my bank. I hope I haven't fallen victim to a scam. I'm monitoring my bank account.

    Avoid this site!! I don’t even know how I ended up on this site. Thieves. A round trip from Paris to Valencia cost me 80 euros in fees. No company charges processing fees today. It's theft. It's disgraceful!!

      Common sense would suggest that you book your flights directly with an airline or a traditional travel agency, not with a "travel agency" that exists only because of its advertisements on social media or search engines.

      The fact that it has a bad reputation and that we do not see, on the contrary, the advantages it brings compared to these traditional solutions is one thing.

      But a travel agency does not thrive on the air of the times; it makes its money in addition to the price of the flight; even if these costs are prohibitive, which we cannot call a flight, everyone practices what they want, only out of their own naivety for having accepted these costs without checking them or having read the terms and conditions.
