Issue with coco.fr

Hello everyone.
I'm writing this little post because I have a problem with coco.fr (if you know this site). I was just there, and suddenly a page appeared telling me that I was permanently banned from the chat...
It says, I quote: "You have been permanently banned from the coco.fr chat for deviant behavior. All your information will be reported in case of a judicial report.
To reverse this decision and return to coco.fr, you can pay 6 euros."
Further down, it also says: ref no. 404680346

I'm actually panicking a bit. What does that mean? Do I have to pay to cancel? And I don't understand why "April 28, 2019" because I didn't even know about coco at that time.

And I can still access it just by switching devices (phone/tablet). I'm lost and stressed.
