Trans-cash or trans-cash?

Hello,
Following a scam I was a victim of through Transcash top-up to buy from an individual (whose purchase I never saw, you can imagine)
I was contacted by ""***@***"" on my email to propose proceeding with the refund.
The problem is that I have little trust since it is written trans-casch instead of trans-cash.
Searching the internet there are indeed two existing sites with the two spellings, but I cannot tell if it is a service related to trans-cash or a scam attempt? Not finding any answer on the internet, I am asking here hoping to find someone who would have the answer, thank you in advance.

    Hello

There are no refund sites... It's another facet of these scams... to obtain codes that would still be valid...

In short, the only possible use is the purchase of a card, loading it with the coupons (if they have not been transmitted to the scammers... ) and using this card....

See Mastercard's site for this: https://www.transcash.fr/

So trans-casch would only be a scam intended to recover still valid Transcash recharges? Yet their sites are advertised without any problem and I haven't seen anyone report or even mention trans-casch as a scam or something different from trans-cash

Okay, thank you for your reply
I want to point out that they asked me for a photo of my ID card (front and back) and my driver's license
To verify my identity but anyway
Do you by any chance know the difference between these two services, on their respective websites it seems to be more or less the same thing, which is odd

If you have communicated copies of identity documents, you must, without delay, file a report with the police or gendarmerie in order to date-stamp it for possible identity theft.

I agree, but I’m wondering how they got my email address and why their email address is shown to me as “secure,” or even how they knew I had been scammed to offer me a refund?

Because they are the same person... the fraudster already pretends (depending on the case) to be a buyer or a seller (or anything depending on the scenario...). Then he pretends to be a coupon verification site, and if he hasn't yet gotten everything he wants (the coupons plus identification documents), he pretends to be a police officer, a lawyer, or a zealous defender of the victims... of himself...
