changing channel numbers on TNT Solved

Question

Hello everyone,

I've got a little problem and I hope you can help me solve it.

Some TNT channels have changed frequency and after doing an automatic search, all the channels got mixed up and it's impossible to number them as we wish.

Can someone provide me with a solution?

I'm going in circles and I don't know what to do to avoid having ARTE on 800 or France 2 on 801.

I have your answer and I struggled to find it, but I'm sure it's this! It's 4:36 AM and I've finally solved this dilemma, so I'm sharing it with those who might need it.. let's call it altruism!!! Menu ----> Channel ----> Channel list ----> Once you're on the channel you want to modify, press the "tools" button on the original Samsung remote and choose "modify channel number" and that's it!!! There you go, hoping I was helpful. Good night everybody, I can go to bed peacefully, my TV is sorted!

Il faut que tu refasses la recherche des chaînes dans le menu. Normalement, le tour est joué. Sinon, il y a un numéro à appeler qui figure sur la garantie ou sur la facture.

Thank you for your response, but it’s not quite what I was asking for. The automatic search has been done, and I have all the channels; the problem is that they are no longer in the right order (for example, channel 2 is on 801, Arte (or France 5) is on 800).

When I press 2 to get channel 2, I get "channel not found"????

So here’s my question: how do I change the channel numbers for the TNT?

Hi Hadoc,

Try the automatic search again, because I've tried 150 times and the day before yesterday, oh! miracle, the channels reset themselves in the right order ./.

Start over because maybe they finally put the channels back in the right order.

For me it works now and I didn't do anything special except do another auto search.

Hello everyone!!

Since Thursday, September 13th, the multiplexes of TNT have been reconfigured. For this, there are DVB tables (TNT standard) used for this reconfiguration, including the NIT table.

However, some receivers have not been able to handle the new version of this table properly.

I don't know where things stand at the moment. I can try to get more answers later in the afternoon.

Hi Sandra,

I understand very well what you mean, but what I don't understand is that my receiver with built-in DTT was purchased in May of this year, so I don't understand why it can't handle this kind of problem when it's also "modern."

Thank you, khossil, for your response: you are right, I tried again this evening and the channels have pretty much found their place again. I still have 4 or 5 channels in disarray, like channel six for example, which is number 350. I think we just have to be patient. My receiver is a Vea t100, a rarely seen brand. Is it also this device?
I will try again tomorrow.

I would like to have the channel numbers: I am under the horrible grip of SFR (for example: Paris Première = 20).
On the other hand, those "people" can't even get me on "unlimited" phone service. My current unlimited plan is the unlimited... This "unlimited" that leads nowhere: SHAME ON SFR!
