mon imprimante est hors connexion et quand je l'allume il y a l'anomalie f4 qui s'affiche

Hello,
c'est l'erreur F4 ou 4F ?
Parce que F4 je trouve rien par contre 4F, ça a l'air d'être un problème sur la tête d'impression :
