AliExpress order "delivered" but not received

Hello,
I ordered a bag worth about 14 euros around April 29th and received an email yesterday saying my package was delivered (on 05/13), but I still haven't received anything today.
I took a quick look at the post office website and checked the tracking of my package, and it said that the package was placed in the mailbox. Excuse me, but my mailbox isn't really big, and I doubt a bag slightly smaller than an Eastpak could fit in there (the building manager doesn't accept packages, so I doubt she would have taken mine from the courier)...
I am therefore asking for your help with my problem. What do you think I should do, as I am still hesitating to file a complaint with the post office knowing they will probably just tell me it has been delivered (and that it can arrive anytime or never...)

I had the following problem on AliExpress.
I ordered a laptop that was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days.
After 15 days, still no package.
I opened a dispute because the product had gone from being expected at the beginning of February to marked as delivered.
After 10 days, AliExpress indicates that the dispute is closed and that the seller doesn't have to refund anything since the package was received.
Since then, I was able to track the package on the delivery site Trackdog, which was taken care of by the post office and delivered on 28/12/20. I contacted the post office, and it turns out that the tracking number provided by the seller is a tracking number for another item.
I can't contact the delivery site, the seller doesn't respond to requests, and I can't reopen a dispute.
Does anyone have an idea?
