Hello,
I would say that... everything is in the title.
I have a brand new RAZER BALISTIK. All drivers and software are installed, and I even removed my old mouse in the device manager.
Within W10, the side buttons work fine, especially back/forward.
However, the side buttons, as well as the scroll wheel (click and scrolling) do not work in my video games.
I tried to create a specific "profile" in the Razer SYNAPSE software, but the buttons don't even show up in the games.
I particularly have the issue in ACOr ACOd and Watch Dogs 2, among others.
The buttons that work all the time:
- Left click
- Right click
- Sensitivity buttons
- Side sensitivity button
Thank you for your help because I ditched my old Logitech MX518 for this RAZER and honestly, 60 euros to have a headache is just crap.
Have a good day.
Configuration: Windows / Firefox 66.0

Hi,
Are you using Razer Synapse 3? If so, uninstall it and install Razer Synapse 2.
Once Razer Synapse 2 is installed and the PC is restarted, go into Razer Synapse. Then go to the mouse customization section and click on "side view." If there are no shortcuts on your side buttons, you'll need to define some.
It looks like this:
Here the shortcuts are &, é, ", ', (, -, è (basically 1234567), but you can set any key from your keyboard
Once the shortcuts are set in Razer Synapse, launch your game and go to the game shortcuts. Here, select a key or action that you want to change and click on one of the side buttons on your mouse (the one you want).
There you go, normally your action is now usable on the side button of your mouse.

In my games, no buttons other than left and right are detected.
