Bonjour ... The voice that guided me with my Maps app is inactive ... No sound at all!! Just the written directions. Can you advise me on how to get it back? Thank you in advance ...

Hello,
When you have a route in progress, you can expand the bottom menu, the one where you see the arrival time, the duration of the route and the number of kilometers. In this menu, you have "Audio", by clicking on it you can turn the voice back on during the route by selecting "Normal volume" for example.
