The "Maps" app is not working anymore.

Hello,

I have a problem with the "Maps" app that is no longer working. When I launch the app and set a route, there is no sound coming from my phone even though the sound on my phone is turned on and the app's sound is indeed activated. I tried closing the app and reopening it right after, but this time the route won't start at all.

Can you help me?

    Hello,

    Check if your iPhone is up to date. If it is, restart your iPhone.

    Also, try reinstalling the app if it still doesn't work.

      Hello,
      I'm getting back to you after updating the iPhone and then uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Unfortunately, it was unsuccessful; the app hasn't done anything in the meantime.
