Hello,

I am unfortunately stuck on my computer, it says "disk error press any key to restart" and when I press a key a second message appears in blue on a black screen "NTLDR is missing" and just below "Press ctrl + alt + del to restart" and after doing all that the computer shows a black screen, restarts, and here I am again in front of "disk error press any key to restart" and it doesn’t stop. We unplugged the power supply and then plugged it back in without success. We can access the BIOS but not knowing what to do, it's also unsuccessful.
I do not know the version of Windows that this computer has but it is a Gigabyte (small format) purchased about 4-5 years ago.
I am attaching a link to a YouTube video showing me filming the problem: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DI5Z27QrFng

Configuration: Macintosh / Safari 12.1

    Good evening,

You get seasick just watching your video...

It would still be good to know what model of Gigabyte this computer is... Or even a photo of its identification plate... it must be underneath or behind... It looks quite small, it's quite possible that its Windows version is OEM or customized..??

In any case, you have all the symptoms of a hard drive that has lost its content, at least the boot part... Setting it to Legacy is pointless if your PC is in UEFI... it would only be useful for booting from another non-UEFI support.

You need to try to repair the "Boot Manager," and if that's not enough, you should consider replacing the disk.
Do you have a CD/DVD drive or USB stick on this PC (knowing the model would avoid this)?
