Hello,
I have a problem with the accounting software. Sometimes, there is an error message "Error: file not found. Message: table 15 (module 105000) is not found in the database".
And after that, I can't do anything, not even open a new entry.

today I have the same problem after having purchased the software 3 months ago. I have only used it 3 times and no input is possible with this message. Does anyone have the answer? CIEL is asking me to buy a solution?? ..I find CIEL's response a bit light; it requires several calls to get the right service and the person I spoke to didn't seem very knowledgeable based on their vague answers..
