Accounts and budget - Operations icon anomaly

Hello,

My software "Accounts and Budget" closes as soon as I click on the Operations icon. Therefore, I can no longer view the list of previously entered operations.
Do you have any ideas on how to solve this problem?

    Hello .....

    Not knowing this software, have you tried to completely and properly uninstall it after making sure to back up the movements, and then reinstall it after restarting the PC?

    Hello, thank you for your reply.
    I did indeed try this manipulation, but it was unsuccessful; the anomaly is still present.
    So, I sent an email to the publisher, and I'm waiting for their response.

      Hello and thanks for the feedback .....

      You did exactly what I was going to or should have suggested ... but sometimes uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the bug ... but missed the mark this time.....!
