Hello,
Before I begin, I want to clarify that I buy almost all my games on the Instant Gaming site, and for the first time, I am encountering a small issue.
As mentioned in the title, the purchase (Generation Zero on PC) that I just made on Instant Gaming is pending payment. Regarding the payment pending, it is stated as follows:
When you attempt to make a purchase, a payment is put on hold for 1 hour.
If during this hour we do not receive any payment confirmation, the order will be automatically canceled and you will of course not be charged.
If you were unable to complete your payment, we encourage you to make a new purchase attempt (it is impossible to resume a failed purchase). If you wish to cancel your order, the cancellation will be done automatically after one hour.
Since this is the first time I am in this situation, I would like to know whether the payment confirmation is done automatically?
