Good evening,
I wanted to delete and empty my GMail and Outlook inbox on my smartphone (Asus Zenfone 5), so I put everything in the trash and permanently deleted it.
What I didn’t know was that it would also permanently delete it on my computer :( .
As a result, I no longer have any emails anywhere, and I had many that were important and that I hadn’t even read since I was away for 5 days. So, there are quite a few to recover.
What should I do, please?
Thank you in advance for your responses, which I hope will help me.
Sincerely,
Cricri125

Good evening,

When you delete an email, it goes to the trash, and you have 30 days to recover it before permanent deletion. But since you emptied the trash, the deletion is permanent.
However, there is one possibility: normally, the service is mainly competent for recovering emails that disappeared after a user account was compromised, so please fill out this form
https://support.google.com/mail/workflow/9317561?visit_id=637167813730444312-660232524&rd=1 to request the restoration of your emails, but don't wait too long because the longer you take to do it, the harder it will be to recover them.

Best regards.

Hello bendrop :) Thank you very much for your response, which I will keep carefully just in case...? But I don’t think it will happen to me again. After checking everything, I found all my tracked messages without any problem. So, in summary, I didn't make any mistake... It’s just that the messages need to be tracked with an icon of any color (on the PC)... I really like your signature, which I agree with :) Thank you again.
Sincerely,
