Hello, when creating my IPTV account, my credit card payment was declined twice, I created an account again and the payment was accepted, but a week later the two declined payments were deducted from my account. What should I do? And my second question is how to remove my credit card that is automatically saved on my IPTV account. Thank you in advance, I am a novice. Thank you for your help.

Hello

We are wondering by what right this site operates..

Start amicably, contact the site and explain the issue. Request a resolution.

For the rest, see with the Bank to block any further transactions from this site (The best option would be to change your credit card..). Check if the 'triplet' can be considered an 'Unauthorized Transaction' eligible for reimbursement by the Bank (See Monetary and Financial Code..). The response is likely to be negative since the Client voluntarily provided their credit card information.. Or check the 'insurance' side if the Card has one..

Reminder: you should NEVER give your credit card information online! Use a Virtual Card for one-time use.

See you!

Thank you for your response. I have already contacted the website but without success; unfortunately, the bank can't do anything. We didn't have the PayPal payment option and we used a credit card... however, we are trying to remove the card that is registered on the site but we can't find how to do it. What a bummer!

Re:

Site that doesn't respond = slightly suspicious site.. The withdrawals will continue.. Prohibit the bank from conducting any operations in favor of this site.
But, let’s repeat, it's better to change the card, its information is 'compromised' (Possibility of transactions under another name..). This is solid.

See you soon.
