Hello,
Hello everyone
I can't validate my payment methods to run an Instagram promo.
I am offering decorative items, and when I try to validate my credit card or PayPal, the same message keeps coming up = Payment method expiration, we could not process your payment methods.
On the bank side, everything is fine.
I have tried at least 10 times...
Please, a little help ???? ????

I think I've figured out how to do it.
For my part, I contacted Instagram and everything worked!!!! After weeks, I was finally able to create an ad.
Here are the steps:
Go to Instagram
Take a screenshot of your problem.
Keep in mind (or write it down on the side) the number of your account which can be found in:
Settings
Payments
Promotion Payment (it will say YOUR ACCOUNT with a fairly long number, make sure to note it)
Then at the bottom of this page
Access the help pages
Go to "about billing for Instagram ads"
Click on the blue "contact our payment support team"
Click on I have another question
Enter the reference number
And add the photo you captured
Write "Hello, my account is marked as disabled because I couldn't validate my payment method. Can you reactivate it?"
Send
And a few days later you will receive a message in English that will usually say "we have reactivated your account blablabla"
