SolvedHow can I locate Bluetooth to connect my phone to my PC and thus receive audio directly during phone calls. It seems that Bluetooth disappeared due to a Windows update? What do you think? Thanks in advance

Hello
We’ll be able to think of something once we know the brand and model of the said PC..........

Hi YetiCalme32,
Don't worry, it's not a big deal for the question marks. :-)
What Flo88 is asking for is the brand of your computer to refine our possible requests, for more precise searches to provide you with a solution tailored to your specific problem.
From what I could read and understand beforehand, the information you provided does not match the brand of your computer.
→ HP 24fw is a large screen (monitor) from the HP manufacturer that you connected via HDMI to your computer.
→ ACPI is not the name of your machine; it's a manager that your device has to control its power management, more or less.
For example, to keep it simple, tell us whether you are using a laptop or if it is a desktop PC (Tower, which is often placed under a desk column or next to your monitor if you have enough space).
There is often the manufacturer’s logo at the back or on the side of a tower. If it’s a laptop, take a look at the back of the screen (the lid that you click to cover the keyboard).
Otherwise, if you're not sure, when you shut down your computer, before Windows loads, a logo appears for a few seconds: it is the manufacturer/fabricant.
We’re waiting for your response ;-)
Best regards :-)

No problem.
Yes, if you saw MSI on the screen, it is indeed the manufacturer of your PC. ;-)
Follow the steps on Microsoft's support page that explains how to (click the blue link, it will take you to the correct page).
If you have any questions or doubts, feel free to come back to this topic.

@WishkoIt’s exactly what I feared: the problem is that there is no Bluetooth driver.

@Wishko
I should note that the Bluetooth was working perfectly not long ago but... disappeared!!!
I didn’t need any adapter back then. But since recently, there’s no Bluetooth anymore. And if I search a bit, they tell me I have no Bluetooth driver!!

No need to panic, we will proceed step by step. First, have you enabled Bluetooth on your Galaxy A21 and your computer?
Wait a few seconds and check from the Windows window if your phone is detected by your computer.
Second step: can you tell me which drivers you have (probably Intel), but I want to be sure.
Could you please go to Windows Settings (the icon represents a gear).
In the left column, click on System > About information.
Below is a dropdown window "Device information".You can click the Copy button and paste the information here or share a screenshot if you prefer.

I will do that yes, thank you very much! I’ll get back to you to tell you if it fixed the problem.

Good evening,
If everything was functioning until recently, try a system restore.
Of course, choose a restore point with a date prior to the problem.

On your PC it would be good to check the Device Manager regarding Bluetooth.

I’m taking the liberty of supporting Kori-Kori’s answer; did you check if Bluetooth is still visible by Windows?
To do this, right-click on the Windows window located on the taskbar. A drop-down menu will appear and click on "Device Manager".
