Automatically disable a landline phone based on a time range

Hello. I have a somewhat specific problem that is rather technical and related to the operation of my Bbox. I will try to explain it as briefly as possible: since I work in a night team permanently, I am looking for a way to disable my landline phone during certain hours so that I am not disturbed during my rest periods. Most mobile phones can be set to turn off and on automatically at predefined times. However, traditional landline phones are too "stupid" and do not have such a feature. (Here, I want to add that I refuse to use cordless phones because of the very harmful microwaves they emit.) If anyone knows of a model (preferably wall-mounted) that allows this kind of setting, that would be the easiest solution to my problem. Another simple solution would be a phone whose ringer can be adjusted to such a low volume that, when sleeping with earplugs, the noise doesn’t wake me up. The Gigaset 210 that I use only has three adjustable volume levels, and even the softest is too loud. If anyone knows of a model that would fit this purpose, your suggestions would be welcome. With these two possibilities for adjustment on the device itself exhausted, I tried to tackle it from the other end, particularly from the Bbox side. I only found an imperfect solution, which consists of plugging the Bbox into an outlet via a smart plug. I programmed the plug according to my wishes, and now my Bbox turns on and off in harmony with my rest hours. There is just one small downside for which I call it an imperfect solution: sometimes I would like to leave my computer on while I sleep for large downloads. Obviously, with the Bbox turned off, that doesn’t work. Therefore, we would need to find a way to cut only the phone line connecting the Bbox to the phone while leaving the router on. I have spent hours and hours on the internet without finding a device that can serve as a phone line switch. A kind of telephone relay that we could operate with a programmable plug. Any help is welcome.

    Hello
    Is this Gigaset 210 a DA210?
If so, the ringer can be turned down to 0

Thank you for your responses. I now see that there are quite intelligent wired models that could meet my needs. But I found, in the meantime, the most elegant solution which had been right under my nose all this time without me having the slightest suspicion. I finally arrived at it after long detours. The Bbox is programmable and allows for sophisticated adjustments and customizations. The deactivation of the phone line can therefore be done at the software level according to a weekly time slot. The Internet connection and Wi-Fi can be adjusted in the same way. You simply need to enter the IP address of your box (indicated on the underside of it) in a web browser, which brings up the software interface. After entering the password (received with the box), you can manage all the aforementioned settings as desired. Additionally, what makes this feature really practical is that you can separately manage the blocking of incoming and outgoing calls. So if you want to make a phone call during the hours when you do not wish to receive calls, you can do so. You can also, with minimal effort by pressing four or five buttons on the handset, disable the blocking. To reactivate it, however, you need to reopen the management page. Great, isn't it? All this functionality is available on the Bouygues Bbox. I have no idea if modems from other telecom companies allow similar management. Given the fierce competition among them, I would be surprised if they didn't. I took the time to write all this to help people who might come across this page looking for a solution to a problem similar to mine.
