Hello and Happy New Year 2017!
I'll get straight to the point: I have a Panasonic KX-TCD300FR landline phone. I would like to know if I can pair a Gigaset C300 phone with the Panasonic base.
The Panasonic is connected to the Freebox Mini 4K.
Thank you if you can help me with this configuration.

Configuration: Windows / Chrome 55.0.2883.87

    Good evening....

It's perfectly possible, in principle: personally, I have 5 mobiles from 3 different brands that work based on a trio... but the simplest thing is to try if you already have the equipment!
However, if the mobile to be added originally had its own base, you'll need to change it; otherwise, it will look for its own and won't find the current one.
In any case, you need to intervene on the mobile and pair it, or subscribe to it, or declare it... and press the paging button on the base which is used to locate the mobiles.. you'll then have 2 or 3 minutes to do everything.
    Good luck.
    Best regards,
    See you.

What should I start with? The Gigaset C300 is a phone in itself, so the handset is on a base. How should I proceed to make it an additional handset to the one (Panasonic) connected to the Freebox?

The Gigaset will be placed on its base just for charging, so do not use the telephone wire that comes with it.
Then, you look for "base" in its menu and change it (B instead of A, or 2 instead of 1), then still on the Gigaset, look for "pairing... or something similar, press the paging button on the base first and validate "pairing" on the mobile to be added...

    Good evening,

here is a site that has the manual in French https://www.modes-d-emploi.com/manuals/450574/panasonic-kxtcd300.html?page=47

here is the one for the Gigaset C300 http://gse.gigaset.com/fileadmin/legacy-assets/A31008-M2203-E101-1-3F19_fr_BEL.pdf

This Panasonic seems to be a BASE so it can only receive other peripheral phones

The Gigaset also has a base depending on whether it is a C300A or C300H

A domestic telephone network can only have one base, connected behind the FreeBox and nowhere else... It only supports up to four handsets.... But there cannot be two bases in the same network.

-- So yes, only your handsets can be associated with this base, but only the handsets, not the bases

Understand that it's important to distinguish between a Base and a handset..

      Good evening,
Thank you for providing me with the notices and explanations on how to register my Gigaset with the Panasonic base.
I know what a handset and a base are, of course. Despite that, I attempted this morning to register this Gigaset as an additional handset. It seems to be working, except that the incoming call numbers saved in the contacts of this Gigaset do not appear. On the Panasonic, the names continue to show up as always, which is unfortunate because I can still use it to answer (I would say blindly not knowing who is calling) and make calls.
      Thank you for your help.

I think we need to delete and forget the numbers that are in the Gigaset... because there must be a conflict with the numbers in the Panasonic base...

-- Or we need to re-enter them into this handset.
-- Or we need to redo the entire base... because for some, the stored names are in the base and it’s an index that calls them, it's not a clear message...

But the incoming numbers that are not in the base should be displayed.. or else, there is another value to adjust..

      Hello
For the directory issue (if the Gigaset is correctly registered on the Panasonic base)
Both devices have the directory copy function...
therefore, you should try to copy from the Panasonic to the Gigaset

See pages 19 and 20 of the Panasonic manual

      Hello,
Ultimately I can't get the numbers displayed on the phone, I'm mainly talking about the ones I just entered, so I've given up on everything.
As you said, there must be another value to adjust.
      Thank you.
