      Hello,
I have a subscription with Orange for phone and internet and my internet connection is perfect.
If I receive a call on my 04....... number, there’s no problem, I can answer my correspondent,
but when I get a call on my 09....... number, my phone doesn’t ring and goes
automatically to voicemail and then I can't listen to the messages left.
Thank you for your cooperation in resolving my issue.

ps: I should specify that I live in a rural area, so I need to keep my France Telecom line in 04, for which I have a Siemens phone model Gigaset A400. And for the Orange line in 09, I have a Siemens Gigaset model A140.
      Thank you for your help!

Make sure that the phone 09 is properly connected to the Livebox with the small T-shaped plug.

When I get called on 09....... my phone doesn’t ring and automatically goes to voicemail

Check your voicemail settings in your Orange customer area

      https://www.orange.fr/portail

My Internet account === Set my services === Call forwarding === Change

P.S.: Being with Orange doesn’t obligate you to keep your France Telecom line with the 04 prefix

You can easily do everything through the Livebox while keeping your geographical number with the 04 prefix for the box's VoIP line

That's my case in my remote village where no other ISP offers total unbundling

I no longer have an FT line and kept my number with the 03 prefix for the box phone

When I get a call on my landline, it goes directly to my mobile.
