Unable to install .NET Framework 3.5 (including 2.0 and 3.0) on Win10 (system)

I clicked on the first link from "ChariduP" and followed the procedure, which directed me to download a Windows Update diagnostic, which rebooted and put everything back in order:
- Windows Update as Framework….

However, when I tried to launch the game (after installing Framework), I received a new error message:

If I click on "Details," I get this:

Well, the version of Windows doesn't interfere at all; it's mainly about the game I want to install, "Batman Arkham Asylum," which apparently has a lot of bugs at startup.
I needed PhysX for that, so I installed it.

Between 5'59" and 6'03", you can see that he chooses the version of Windows, but Windows 10 doesn't appear!

I'm wondering if he is indeed on Windows 10 because the game was originally for Windows 7 and 8.

On STEAM, there is the option to verify the integrity of the downloaded files as explained in the video, and they are all fine, without exception.
