Installing .NET Framework 3.5 Offline

Hello, I would like to install a small application that I developed with Visual Basic 2008 Express on a computer that is not connected to the internet. I need the framework 3.5, but I do not have internet access on the said PC.
What should I do to install it?

Thank you in advance, as I am trying to promote my work with this small tool.Configuration: Windows XP
Internet Explorer 7.0
