Hello everyone,
It seems that there are many of us right now with the updates for NET Framework 4.7.2 on the web facing the same issue, and after three days of persistence, I finally managed to install this update with the error code "0x80092004". So I’m sharing this info via the link where I was able to resolve the issue:
https://support.microsoft.com/fr-fr/help/4345232/0x80092004-error-and-updates-kb4340557-and-kb4340558-don-t-install-aft
See you!

Hello,
Repairing the .NET Framework does not necessarily fix all Windows Update errors related to the .NET Framework.
If that's the case, here’s the more comprehensive procedure to follow in order:
1) Uninstall .NET Framework
2) Run SFC repair
3) Launch .NET Framework repair
4) Reinstall .NET Framework (this is where you may encounter errors)
