Toshiba Regza TV more channels Solved

Question

Hello,  For a few days now, on my Toshiba TV model 32EL833F, I have a blue screen, the channel up and down buttons no longer work, but the numeric keypad does work, meaning that if I press 8, the TV shows 8 (but it's a blue screen). The menu button doesn't respond anymore, and ATV/DVT or the "exit" button show "please retune using this menu."  The media mode works, and I can watch videos from a USB stick...  But it's impossible to watch TNT...   The TV is at least 8 years old.  Straight to the dump or is there hope, lol?  Thanks in advance for the planet and my wallet. :)  Stéphane. And also:  Try unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna and power plug, wait five minutes and plug back in. If that doesn't work and if you have access to the menu, do a "reset" or "restore factory settings" or "initial setup" (see menu) but you will have to redo the entire installation and settings. -- I call a spade a spade *      *in French in the text

Hello, Do you have access to the menus via the remote control? If so, try resetting the television. The enemy is foolish: he thinks we are the enemy whereas it is him! Actually, strangely, I no longer have access to the menu, I have access to the selection of the TV source, PC, MEDIA etc... but that's it... Is there a way to reset without going through the TNT menu?  I'm sure there’s a way to get this working again...

Strange strange??? Have you tried unplugging everything, HDMI cables, antenna, and power supply, waiting five minutes and then plugging everything back in? So if you press "menu" nothing happens?  -- I call a spade a spade *      *in French in the text

Well, it worked, I simply used the buttons on the television... The menu button on the remote control wasn't working anymore, but the one on the television was. So reset and channel search -> everything is in order!  Thanks and sorry, I could have thought of that sooner.
