Unable to leave a review on google

Hello,

I created a website and indexed it on Google, but it is impossible to leave a review for my site/business when searching, even though it appears first on Google Maps.

Is there a specific procedure, please?

This bothers me because my local customers want to leave a comment, but it's impossible...

    Make sure to check thoroughly, from https://business.google.com/dashboard/
    if everything is completely set up AND validated (you must not miss a step, and if you fiddle too much it bugs out)
    1 - particularly this:

    as well as ALL the other settings
    2 - IF you have properly copied / pasted the provided code AND validated your site, you should have something like this:

    it can sometimes take a few days (refresh the browser, clear the cache)
    which seems to be the problem you are facing ....
    3 - find and ask a registered user like "local guide" to test as well
    4 - if really nothing works:
    go through it step by step without forgetting anything https://support.google.com/business#topic=4539639
    as a last resort: https://support.google.com/business/community?hl=it&ctx=lithium (but you must be absolutely sure that you haven't made any mistakes otherwise you'll be sent packing :) )

      Thank you, yes I already have a "mybusiness" sheet for this store and when you click on the "reviews" section of MB it says "you have no reviews."
      However, on Google Maps, when you go to my sheet, there is no button to leave a review.

    Hello, I found that by searching not for the generic term of the activity but directly for my company's name locally, we have the link to click to leave a review....
    But it wasn't easy to find at first... :/

      Ok, normally, then, "IF" should show some additional display options based on the search criteria... but here it’s much longer... :)
