Hello,
I have a PACKARD BELL EASYNOTE LV.
I can no longer start my computer.
After powering on, there is the PACKARD BELL logo, then at the bottom of the screen "Preparing Automatic Repair", followed by a black screen, then "Diagnosing your PC" and finally, "Attempting Repairs" where the computer gets stuck.
What can I do to start my computer normally?
I do not want to lose my data as I have not made a backup.
Thank you for your valuable help.

Good evening,
I advise you to follow the instructions in the tutorial whose link I am attaching (if the link doesn't work, just copy and paste it into your browser's address bar)
https://lecrabeinfo.net/acceder-aux-options-de-demarrage-avancees-de-windows-10.html#si-vous-navez-plus-acces-windows-10
You can try two methods:
method number 6 if you have access to a DVD or a USB installation drive for Win10
(in fact, you are not reinstalling but accessing Windows repair)
method 7 the hard reboot (actually, you restart and turn off the PC three times in a row and then you will access the automatic repair!
Your files will not be affected, but once your issue is resolved, remember to make a backup; it's definitely the safest option!
Best regards
