No more detection of my Polar H10 sensor via Bluetooth.

Hello everyone,

I'm having a bluetooth connection issue with my Polar H10 sensor.

At first, there was a problem with heart rate detection on my Polar app. So, I unpaired the sensor from my phone (Galaxy S6 Edge) to re-pair the phone and the sensor, but now I can't detect the sensor anymore... There is no button on it to reset it.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Any ideas on how to fix it?

    Eureka! I found the solution to reset the sensor so that it can be detected again by my phone. For those encountering the same problem, I removed the battery and used a paperclip, as shown in the video below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1oCrTz7NxPk
