Hello everyone, I’m here to seek your help with a problem regarding my mother’s tablet, which is an Asus ZenPad (about 2 years old). When it powers on, the Asus logo with the charging symbol appears, as usual, but the tablet gets stuck on this screen for hours, even after turning it off and on several times. Do you have any ideas for a solution?
Thank you!
Thank you!

After having the same problem, I discovered the solution.
Since when you try to turn on your Zenbook, only the white light blinks and nothing else happens. So the method is simple.
Hold the power button for at least 30 seconds and then let go.
Then try again and the problem is solved.

Hello,
Have you tried starting it in "Recovery" mode?
Turn off the tablet.
Press and hold the volume up button (as if you want to increase the volume) and the on/off button simultaneously for several seconds...
In the menu, go to recovery and confirm with the "on/off" button.
To navigate the menu, press the volume button (up to move up in the menu)
and down (to move down in the menu).

Thank you very much for your response. When I turn it on like that, the fastboot mode is displayed, but there is no menu; I can’t do anything, just a static image of the Android robot :/ I also tried with the volume down, but it just turns the tablet on normally, and it still gets stuck on the loading screen.
