Hello
Contrary to what is written here and there, the account opened before the 2012 law has remained active, and I have regularly made deposits and withdrawals at this casino, which I believed to be more serious than what I read on the forums.
Today they owe me 1850, and I have the [screenshot of the validated amounts and the dates and times of validation.
Seeing that this money wasn't coming through, I contacted them by email, but they no longer responded and blocked the chat.
They haven't replied to anything since this afternoon, and I know this is hiding something.
If you have encountered this problem, please give me solutions, even legal ones, because there is no delay in cashing out bets.

It is the ARJEL that regulates online games.
As casinos770 is not on this list, you will not be able to recover your stake and you have no recourse.

Thank you for this feedback, so how is it that we still have access to these sites if they are not legal in France? Personally, I only learned about it while doing this research.

Hello,
I also have this problem, for over 5 years I've been playing at Casino770 and have had no issues with payment of winnings until this week when they told me they can no longer transfer winnings to bank accounts and that I need to open an account with Myneosurf. I sense a scam because this site is not reliable at all to follow, but 2500 euros is a lot. It's stupid, but I trust them, I'll wait and see.....

As long as they respond to you... You'll see they're also going to ignore messages and block the chat. The problem is that they have validated the winnings on my bank account... If only they had given me a choice, but no, the payments are supposedly sent. I just contacted NETBET, which is their parent company, and they told me that this site has been closed for several years!!!! I immediately proved the opposite by taking screenshots. Do the same with your deposits and withdrawals.

I’ve sent several emails, they replied to me once saying to regularly check my bank statement. The 10 working days deadline having expired, I contacted them again. Since I hadn't heard back, I was persistent with the advisers, particularly Mireille and Sylvie, who were kind enough to respond but no change except one... The chat is blocked... So I don’t know what to do anymore... I’ve been playing for years, and never had any issues, but since the end of January... a disaster

You can share your testimony on conseilsdejoueurs. Many of us have these issues. As for fraudulent charges on your account, you have the option to contact your bank and file a complaint. Be careful, you will need to prove it.
