Bluetooth wireless headset connection with Hi-Fi system

I recently bought a Denon Ceol N10 Hi-Fi system and a Plantronics Backbeat Pro 2 wireless headset
My problem is that I cannot connect my headset to the system via Bluetooth, as the connection can only be made through a tablet or smartphone
I have neither of these, and the headset manufacturer's website advises me to buy an "external Bluetooth adapter" to connect to the system
What type of device should I buy? Transmitter/receiver? Are there better brands for good sound transmission?
