Best antenna for FM reception???

Unfortunately no, it's not just a matter of the antenna per se.
First, we need to try to increase the power of the captured signal: we can install an antenna amplifier to boost the signal.
We also need a "stabilization" system (like RDS for example on car radios and some tuners) which allows us to stay "tuned" to the frequency.
The second issue is impedance: the cable connecting the antenna to the tuner must have a 75-ohm impedance, and the antenna must have the same.
And the icing on the cake is the length of the antenna, which determines the frequency range captured.

I have the same problem to solve with a roof insulated with multi-layer material (like airflex) in aluminum that tends to reflect the sun (which is the goal) but also the waves!!! So I need to get my antenna out.

It's because of that you don't catch anything, it's not your thing. I'm not joking, it's not that hard to make a little antenna or take one from a car or any other since it's just for reception. Or a wire and aluminum foil or a metal hanger, as high as possible in a square or triangle shape, randomly, and outside if possible. If not, plug yourself into the TNT antenna. All antennas for FM except Wi-Fi are too small. In your amplifier, make sure to connect it to the middle socket, not the outer part of the connector which is just the ground.
