    Hello,

The handset is no longer communicating with the base.
Please check that the cable connecting to the base is properly plugged in (it may have been moved or accidentally unplugged).
Also check the other end of the cable on the T socket.
    Try using another cable.

    Best regards

I don't believe in a wifi connection. I've never seen that, and it's not mentioned in your phone's manual.

I think rather that the Livebox manages the DECT. It therefore replaces the phone base, which now serves only to charge the handset.

In any case, there is no longer any connection between the handset and the Livebox.
I'm not going to be able to help you much because I'm not familiar with Liveboxes.

      I suggest you:
      1) Restart the box
      2) If it still doesn't work, re-pair the handset with the box. (You should normally unregister the handset before re-registering it. This may not be possible if there is truly no communication between the handset and the box.)
      3) If you can't get anything to work, make a wired connection. There is most likely an RJ11 phone socket at the back of the box. And your phone should have come with a cable.
If the wired connection doesn't work, it is possible that the handset is faulty.

      Best regards.

    thank you for your reply
my devices are not designed to be connected by wire
I have already followed the shutdown procedures for the box recommended by Orange without success
Orange tells me remotely that my box is fine, but maybe it actually has a problem?
    I will check that

    best regards

In fact, you only purchased the handsets and their charger, and you do not have a base.
Try re-registering the handsets on the box. I don't see what else we can do.

I hope you will resolve your issue.

    Hello
Actually, my wife had switched this phone for the Sagemcom, so it simply wasn't connected. I swapped the two devices to see, and both work fine; however, I can't connect both to the Livebox, well, one is enough
    Thank you for your advice

    Best regards
