Hello, I’ve done a lot of research but found nothing...
A few days ago, my phone couldn't connect to my JBL Go, so I had the idea to unpair it, but since then I can't pair it back with my phone. I tried with two other phones and it works, but not with mine, so I don't know what to do. (I want to say that I’ve tried everything, so I press the Bluetooth button and all that, but nothing works.) Thank you in advance ????

Hi, I have the same issue with my JBL GO 2 speaker. It starts with a white light and makes a bass sound.
Then after that, I don’t know, none of the buttons work. So I put it to charge, the light is red; according to the manual, I need to charge the battery, but it has never run out. I don’t understand, plus I plug it in via USB to the computer and nothing is detected. I tried using a 3.5mm jack cable and it doesn’t play any sound. I will wait for it to charge, but it seems to me that I have played music via Bluetooth while charging the JBL GO 2 via USB!
It’s frustrating; I don’t know if I still have the receipt because it’s still under warranty.
