Thank you Carine
Actually, for over 3 years my son has been paying for my Free plan, but now it’s me who is being charged (I've changed the SEPA)!!
That’s all good..
However, my son doesn’t have my name, and I wanted to change the name of the account holder to mine. But after sending a letter to Customer Service with copies of our IDs, and following my call this afternoon, I was told that it's impossible!!!
So my new address is registered, but it remains in my son's name, which is very inconvenient for receiving any mail from Free!!...
I would like to contact Free's management to explain, but I haven’t found a better way to do so!!
You can only change the name in cases of divorce, death, or marriage...I find this absurd.. don’t you??

Hi

First of all, it seems logical to me, your son does not have the same name as you.
Otherwise, I'm sending the photocopy of the stolen I.D. of my neighbor and mine, and I’m requesting a name change on his subscription :)
In case of divorce, death, or marriage, both names are displayed on a single document, so try to send a single document (birth certificate, family record book), that might be what's blocking it.

Or maybe it’s really impossible:

- any document related to the change (death certificate, etc.).
.....
Your request will be reviewed and processed by our services provided that it is not a request for line transfer (except for justified special cases). You will receive a response within 30 days.

Thank you for your reply!!
I read all of this… But I thought I could manage with my REAL documents…!!
I live far from my son which doesn't make things easier!!
I'll see if a family register could be enough along with a request from my son at the same time!!
Best regards!!
