How to change your name for the subscription?
It's very simple but with Free everything becomes complicated...
I just want to add my wife's name to the subscription we have, so there will be two of us but mainly she will benefit from the subscription discount for her Free phone plan.

Everything is so simple with Free. So we need to distinguish between two types of modifications.
* Simple modification/addition of your wife's first name on the invoices (Billing address... )
Subscriber Interface >> Subscription >> Billing >> Edit my Billing address...
* Change of the account holder's name:
You will need to fax us one of the following documents:
- Extract of the Marriage/Divorce certificate
- Recent proof of address: A copy of a recent EDF bill (or other energy provider) for subscribers on Total/Only Unbundling.
- Copy of the new identity card showing the new name and/or
first name
- Explanatory letter

All these documents must be sent to us by fax followed by a reminder during the day, or contact me again in PM so that I can take care of it.
