    Hello,

It seems that the answer should be found in the printer's user manual
    https://support.epson-europe.com/onlineguides/fr/D88/useg/use_g/html/trble_1.htm

It looks like it’s a carriage issue

Turn off the printer. Open the printer cover and remove any paper or other items blocking the paper feed path. Then turn the printer back on. If the error persists, contact your dealer.

And by the way... the important point of the sentence just in case....
If the error persists, contact your dealer.

In other words, if you can't get it to work again after your checks (carriage jam, ink....), you'll need to send it for repair...(or change the printer)
