Hello everyone
when I plug in my Samsung ML-1640 printer, the button on top blinks red and green, I don't know if it's a toner issue, a hardware problem, driver or something else

You can find the manual for this printer here in English (HP has taken over the SAMSUNG printers)

but to keep it simple, here’s what it says:
Translation:
The machine encounters an error such as
open cover, no paper, installation error,
or invalid error.
• The machine requires maintenance
error, such as a LSU error or a fuser error. Contact
your sales representative or service
