Good evening everyone
I come to you to ask for help regarding my Terra Windows computer.
The last time I tried to format it, but since that day when I turn it on, I notice that the internet is no longer working and in the networks section, I only see a red x icon appearing.
So, I am wondering how to resolve this issue.

    Subject redirected from the Windows 7 section to the Drivers section

    Try the DriversCloud site by transferring the program from another PC, then the hardware detection file.

    https://www.driverscloud.com/fr/demarrer

    Once done, "Find drivers" (at the bottom).

    Go to Start
    In the Search bar
    Type --> devmgmt.msc and OK.

    Provide the hardware IDs of the problematic devices
    Check this --> Find a device's hardware ID
    Post the IDs in your next message.

    What do you have in Network Adapters?

    Is Windows 7 32 or 64 bits?
