Hello, my HP x360 G1 11 laptop won't turn on, and the power button LED is flashing while the tablet mode button LED is on. I disassembled it, removed the battery, took out the BIOS battery, and followed a bunch of tips, but nothing works. I pressed backspace for 5 minutes in real-time, held down the power button for 30 seconds or 2 minutes, and sometimes the screen lights up and turns off by itself without me doing anything. Can you please help me as soon as possible? Thank you in advance.

Good evening,
it looks like a dead or uncharged battery (faulty charger). Does it work when plugged into the mains, using its own adapter and not another one, like a phone charger for example?

A light turns on with very little power, but that's not a sufficient indication to ensure the battery's power.... it just means the charger is plugged in, that's all.
It's not certain that these small devices work without the battery, only with the charger... what is the output current value written on it..?? "Output current"..??
That said, it doesn’t mean that your charger is charging the battery well..?? I have plenty of broken chargers in a trash can.
Let’s get back to the point, from the beginning I said that it’s typical of a dead battery... I’ll say it again, because the issue of bad charging seems to upset you....
I don’t have the machine in my hands, nor my voltmeter... that’s what comes to mind first. But the malfunction can also have many other causes, at least a hundred... But the blinking light does mean that an anomaly is detected immediately when powering on.
If the screen lights up occasionally, it means the PC is working (I don't know what for) you may need to wait a bit longer.
This PC comes in two SSD disk capacity versions: 128 or 256 GB depending on... it’s still very possible that this SSD is completely full or nearing the end of its life because on these models, the number of write cycles is limited and very often, it is much lower than the advertised text.. which prevents Windows from starting.. and the rest too.
You said you opened it to remove the battery... so, could you also remove the SSD?? to connect it to another PC.. a tower... or in an external case, to check what it contains and see if it works, or not... and at the same time, load a Linux ISO (64 bit) onto an SD memory card, place it in your PC and try to boot from that Linux
Or even the Windows 10 PSE from Malekal https://www.malekal.com/malekal-live-cd-reparer-depanner-pc-windows/ you can burn it to DVD, but also to an SD memory and try to boot your PC with that...
In the BIOS, or with the boot keys, you need to set the "Boot Device" to Removable or USB or memory ... so that it can boot from that memory if it can display the BIOS.
Of course, if the problem is more serious, it won't work... and it will need to be sent to a repair service.
