Hello there,
I have a problem concerning my Bluetooth on Windows 10 Home (64-bit) version 1803.
For some time now, it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting every 10 seconds or so.
My Bluetooth comes from a module on my motherboard: MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon AC, so it's an Intel card.
It has always worked very well, and I can’t understand what went wrong.
What I have tried:
1. With the Windows troubleshooting manager => Bluetooth: it indicates the following:
2. From the Device Manager:

Uninstall and restart the PC: Ineffective.
3. From services:
impossible to switch to local, and when I try to restart it, it doesn't work either.
4. Going into the BIOS, unfortunately I didn’t find any line corresponding to Bluetooth.
5. Installing the driver from the MSI and Intel websites + running live update: nothing works.

I want to point out that in the attached screenshots, the device appears as disconnected which is strange since at the launch of Windows it is active. After 5 minutes of incessant reconnecting I decide to remove it.
So here I am, do you have any idea?
For your information, it’s to connect my speaker.

Indeed, I think that after the cutoff the driver was damaged and then unable to restart.
Whenever I used the "Windows Repair" after an unexpected disconnection, it kept finding and repairing my "Bluetooth device."
If I used my Bluetooth mouse intensively, for example, then there was no disconnection because there was no "certain amount of time" of non-use and therefore no shutdown by Windows...I think...!

But where is it written permission granted to Windows 10 in the power management because I have nothing
Hello anyway, even if it's night.
Old discussion from 2018.
Can you create your own discussion, if possible log in so that everyone can find the discussion with the PC info, provide the exact version of your Windows and the exact model of the PC.
You will help people help you.
It seems that "but where it says" changes location depending on the version of your Windows or your PC.
