Hello,
Since October, my Livebox keeps disconnecting from the Orange network constantly.
I've tried everything, unplugging/replugging, resetting the box, moving it higher, etc... the cables are in good condition and I am connected via ADSL.
There is a computer and a landline phone plugged into a power strip, but upstairs it is plugged in by itself.
All the devices used work over Wi-Fi and after about 10 minutes of playing online with my Switch, the Livebox disconnects from the Orange network.
With my smartphone, it's less frequent.
I've noticed that it makes a whistling sound (ultrasonic noise).
And all of this started happening since they've been working on the power poles in my municipality for fiber (which will be installed in the neighboring town.....).
Do you have a solution to my problem?
